- Kids to Parks Day! (Sunday, May 28th, 2017)
Come on down to the Mount Morris Dam and Recreation Area for some family fun to kick-off the summer. This is a great way to enjoy a beautiful Sunday with children's activities, food, and lots of fun!
This event is free and open to the public, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Are you new to hiking and the Finger Lakes Trail? The Finger Lakes Trail Passport Hike system is a series of fun, easy hikes designed to introduce you to the Finger Lakes Trail. The Finger Lakes Trail Hike #1, located at Mount Morris Dam and Recreation Area, is a 1.8 mile round trip hike that starts at the Mount Morris Dam and Recreation Area parking lot. During this short, easy-going hike you will see spectacular views of the gorge and the Mount Morris Dam. In addition to a fun and healthy activity, you can earn awards for taking hikes like this one along the Finger Lakes Trail Passport Hike system. Finger Lakes Trail Passport Booklets are available at the Mount Morris Dam and Recreation Area Visitor Center. For more information, www.fingerlakestrail.org
