The plans and technical provisions for this project were completed by an A/E under contract to INS. The INS had no in-house capability in the local area to proceed with the project. The Buffalo District managed this work for them.

Work included conversion of the garage to office space and holding areas, and renovation/expansion of approximately 1,700-SF. Construction was residential type, slab-on-grade, wood or metal frame, brick veneer exterior walls. Project also included replacement/extension of paving and parking areas and landscaping

• Phase II (Oct 2001-Aug 2002) work consisted of an addition of approximately 4,100-SF of new garage and locker room area, partitions, doors, mechanical/electrical modifications, security and interior finish.
