The Joint Application Form for projects proposed to impact wetlands and waterways in NYS has been revised, as have the instructions for submitting your application. Two major changes include 1) clarification that this is a joint application form, not a joint permit. Applicants must receive some form of communication from each agency before proceeding with work and 2) applicants are required to submit complete applications to EACH involved agency. This new procedure is designed to minimize delays in receipt of your application materials, and facilitate the processing of your application.
