A fox wasn't being so sly when he wound up in the Black Rock Lock in Buffalo Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012. Lucky for the fox, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers took pity and brought out a boat to capture the creature and save it from a watery death. Rescued by crew members from the Tug Cheraw and Derrickboat McCauley, who are docked at the Black Rock Lock while engaged in breakwater repair work in Buffalo Harbor.
