MAJ Michael Busby was at Niagara Street Elementary School, Niagara Falls to present the winners of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District Black History Month Art Contest to sixth grader Ariel Joyce and first runner up sixth grader Jasiah Jackson, Friday, April 4, 2014. Students in grades 4 - 6 at Niagara Street Elementary School were asked to design a poster to promote Black History Month. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District sponsored the art contest that ran the entire month of February. District employees were able to view the submissions electronically and cast their votes for the winning piece of art.
