Corps of Engineers hires new Toledo project manager

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District has named Ashley Binion-Zuccaro as the Toledo, OH area project manager.

 

Ashley joins the Buffalo District from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District. 

 

During her eight years working for the Corps of Engineers she has held the positions of economist, plan formulator, and project manager, providing her experiences that have shaped her understanding of the Corps of Engineers’ missions, programs, authorities, and project execution.

 

Prior to joining the Corps of Engineers, Ashley worked in the field of market research for an automotive supplier, and the Portland Cement Association. 

 

Ashley holds a master’s degree in Economics from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2001 from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. 

 

“We are excited for Ashley to join our team,” said Ron Kozlowski, USACE Buffalo District Chief of Project Management.  “Her business background and diverse work experience has prepared her to serve the Toledo area federal, state, and local stakeholders.”
