Corps of Engineers to host public meeting regarding Springville Dam

Buffalo, NY -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District will host a public information meeting Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Concord Town Hall Auditorium located at 86 Franklin Street, Springville, NY, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Springville Dam fish passage study, preferred plan, and study schedule.  A National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) scoping document has been prepared and is currently available for review and comment at: http://www.lrb.usace.army.mil/Missions/CivilWorks/PublicReviewDocuments.aspx.  The comment period for the document will end July 11, 2014.
